Why we built PawWize
Running a grooming salon is more than grooming. Between appointments you answer messages, move bookings around in a paper diary and look up which shampoo a dog cannot tolerate. And then there is the client who does not show up.
PawWize takes as much of that work off your hands as possible. Not with dozens of plans and options, but with one app made for grooming salons.
What can you do with PawWize?
- Online booking. Clients pick a service and a free slot themselves through your personal booking link. In the evening and at the weekend too, without double bookings.
- Reminders on your schedule. PawWize automatically sends an email before every appointment. You choose how far in advance. SMS reminders are coming soon.
- Deposits via Mollie. Ask for a deposit on online bookings. Together with reminders, that helps prevent no-shows.
- Pet records. Allergies, behaviour, coat, grooming preferences, treatment notes and before-and-after photos are kept together per pet.
- Checkout and stock. Check out services and products together, also with a payment terminal. Product sales are deducted from your stock right away.
- Insights. See your revenue and the sales of services and products per period.

What does it cost?
One fixed price with every feature: €19.99 per month or €199.99 per year, excluding VAT. The first 60 days are free and the monthly plan can be cancelled every month. Mollie charges its own transaction fees for online payments and deposits. You will find more details on the pricing page.
